Government approved pest control treatment:-
Our service is to include major spraying or trapping using environmentally appropriate pesticides, chemical or other material approved by Dubai municipality pest control section and in conformance to their rules and regulations, by law and order currently in place.
Maximum care on human health and environment:-
The pesticide used ingredients shall be odorless and stainless (the little odor as associated with the chemical shall evaporate within few hour of its application. Areas in which spray treatment is not possible (such as electric room) suitable gel treatment shall be carried out.
Skilled & experienced pest control specialists:-
We have enough well qualified and experienced pest control specialist to carry out the above work. If any time during the period of our contract any type of pest infestation is noticed, then we shall take all necessary steps to eradicate the problem.
Major types of pest infestation:
Bed Bugs
Cockroaches
House fly
Ants
Flea
Beetles
Rodent
Why the bed bugs come again- Animals, poultry and mainly human beings are the source of the food for the bed bugs. They can transmit by clothing, baggage, and old furniture. When pesticides are used to control bed bugs at that time we get the control only not complete elimination because bed bugs are very tiny animals they may be reach in to the crack of the wall or in the holes of the pipe for which the bed is made. The egg of the bugs are having shell the protective covering because of that pesticides does not effects the eggs and when ever the egg gets the favorable/ temperatures it hatches out the bed bugs.
How to get rid of bed bugs :
There are good chemicals which is having Insect Growth regulator. But in fact the price of the chemical makes the difference in the quality of service.
Please follow the suggestions of pest control operators for the cleaning of Bag and beddings.
Our household articles, other than food stuff, are mainly destroyed by the termites .these are especially fond of cellulose. Hence, these attack and eat up paper and wood, excavating extensive tunnels in cardboards and books, furniture, timber, and stems of trees.
Termites are social and polymorphic insects, living in large and well – organized colonies. Each colony includes a queen, a king and thousands
of soldiers and workers. The workers are small, wing less and sightless, sterile individuals. These construct the nest and tunnel of the colony, search for and collect the food, feed the queen, transfer its eggs and look after the queen and young ones. The soldiers are like the workers,
but are somewhat larger and possess stronger mouthparts. These protect the nest and colony from enemies and keep a control over the workers.
Usually, each colony has a single royal pair of queen and king which are wingless, but fertile. Being mostly filled with eggs in its abdomen, the queen is very large, thick and cylindrical. Being heavy in weight, it lies, almost motion less, in a special chamber of the nest called termitarium, and continue laying eggs for years at a rate of seventy to eighty thousands eggs per year. Numerous workers remain engaged in its service.
The king always remains with the queen and copulates with it from time to time.
Most of the nymphs that hatch out from eggs, develop into wingless workers and soldiers but, at a certain time of the year, some develop into fertile and winged male and female individuals. The latter have narrower and blackish bodies. These abandon the colony and fly away in large swarms. Eventually, these segregate in single pairs of male and female individuals and settle down in other location to establish new colonies. After setting in a new location and the male and female individuals drop their wings (dealation) and copulate to raise their own colonies.
The nest of a termite colony begins with the termitarium which is constructed by original male and female termites. Later when generations
of soldiers and workers form, an extensive network of closed tunnel, connected with the termitarium, is built by workers. The entire nest is made from chewed soil mixed with saliva.
Detection of termite
It is important for the home owners to recognize the sign of subterranean termites’ infestation. They can be detected by the sudden
Emergence of winged termites or by the presence of mud tubes and wood damage.
Termite damage may be located by probing wood with a screw driver, ice pick or knife. Start inspection by using a bright flash light. Look for mud tubes and the activity of swarmer.
Other sites requiring inspection are
Wood construction in basement and crawl space (if present) ,sills, joints, support posts, basement window frames ,wood under porches,
hollow blocks , crack in cement of brick construction and expansion joints , and scrap wood on ground , old tree stumps, fence posts and
Exterior frame of basement window.
PRE-CONSTRUCTION
SUBTERRANEAN TERMITE CONTROL
Termites “nests” in the soil and from there they can attack structures by building shelter tubes from soil to the wood in the structure. To
Control termites, it is most always necessary to use pesticide. Pesticides used to control termites are called Termiticides.
Termiticides may be applied as liquid, when applied as a liquid; the Termiticides is injected in to the soil or wood member of a structure.
SOIL TREATMENT OF STRUCTURE
The best time to provide protection of building against termite is during the planning and the construction phase of a structure. The major objective of subterranean termite control is to establish a chemical barrier between the soil, where termites live and the wood in the home. A thorough pre-construction treatment is needed to protect the structure from subterranean termites. Treating a structure foe termite control requires specialized equipments such as big tank, roller pump, and auxiliary motor to deliver the insecticide from the tank, hoses, treating
Tools, etc.
TREATMENT OF SOIL ADJACENT TO FOUNDATION ELEMENT
A continuous termiticide barrier is established in soil adjacent to foundation element. This treatment is usually performed after the footings have been poured And the foundation wall and / or pillars have been built. The termiticide is applied in the soil by trenching or trenching and Roding adjacent to foundation elements with shallow footings. The soil is removed by trenching and is treated with the termiticide as it is replaced in to the Trench. Where footing are exposed treatment are performed next to the footing exists, such a basement home, termiticide are applied as the soil backfills placed around the foundation alternatively, the pest control operator may trench and rod into the trench or trench along the foundation walls and around pillars and other foundation elements, at the rate prescribed from the top of the grade to a minimum depth of 4 feet.
The termiticide must be applied on all side of all foundation elements, including chimney base , foundation walls, pilasters and pillars : where drain tiles, French drains or other foundation drainage system present a hazard of contamination out side the treatment zone. Treatment must be performed in a manner that will not introduce the insecticide in to the drainage system .the insecticide must be mixed with water as required by the pesticide label and applied by as per pesticide use direction.
TREATMENT OF CONCRETE SLAB
One of the most common types of construction in United Arab Emirates is the concrete slab resting on the soil. Often a slab will crack
or shrink away from the foundation wall allowing termites to infest the wood above. In addition, concrete slab have many other points of
entry such as bath taps, electrical pipe line, plumbing outlets, construction joints, etc. treatment to these area requires stabilizing a horizontal barrier. The soil underneath and around the concrete slab must be treated with the termiticide before the concrete slab is poured , the termiticide must be applied after installation of sub slab fill material in addition, a vertical barrier must be established around foundation elements adjacent to foundation slab.
STAGES OF TREATMENT
One of the most important aspects performing a successful pre-construction termite treatment involves the close working relationship
between the pest control operator and the builder. Several trips are usually necessary in order to perform the different stages of treatment.
The different stages and timing of application are as follows:-
after footing approval and before pouring of footing
after backfill of foundation in crawl space
After leveling of all slab area
After or during backfill and final grading to the exterior.
Although 4 trips to the properly are shown here , a proper treatment can usually be performed in 3 trips through careful scheduling.
PREVENTION MEASURE
Removal of all stumps, roots, wood and other cellulose materials from the building site before construction begun.
Removal of all form boards and grade stakes used in construction.
There should be no contact between the building woodwork and the soil or fill material. Exterior woodwork should be located a minimum of
6 inches above ground and beams in crawl space at least 18 inches above ground to provide ample space to make future inspection.
Ventilation opening in foundation should be designed to prevent dead air pocket. This keeps the ground dry and unfavorable for termites.
Proper grading to direct water away from the structures.
Any wood that contact soil, such as fence posts and foundation elements should be made of pressure treated wood.
Thorough annual inspection should be conducted to discover evidence of termite activity such as shelter tubes on foundation surfaces, discarded wings or adult termites.

According to WHO (World Health Organization) study 80% of diseases are water born. And more than 80% of illness in our developing world is due to unsafe water & sanitation facilities, causing an Estimated 25000 dead a day. Children to the risk of harmful diseases every day & some four million children die year for diarrhea alone. Typhoid, cholera, gastroenteritis, dysentery, hepatitis, kidney stones, poisoning, diarrhea, jaundice for which water is responsible. This makes it all clear that the water you consume has to be absolutely safe.
The only effective method by which the cycle of these diseases can be interrupted is, regular & hygienic cleaning of the water storage tanks.
Cleaning procedure
